The EHS Store: Payments

Select credit card or PayPal account payments are accepted on all products in the online EHS Store.
Payment upon invoicing is available only for the purchase of listed third party advertising products. All other products in the online EHS Store are sold on the condition that payment is made at time of purchase with select credit cards or a PayPal account. Orders or purchases that are not accompanied by payment will be cancelled.
Credit cards accepted are those supported by PayPal.
All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Any advertisement to be published in EHS print and digital media must be provided by the client in a digital format and in accordance with specified size, resolution and file formats for the chosen medium.
Publication of advertisements does not imply endorsement by the EHS of the client or the product or service.
All advertising is published with the understanding that the advertiser and/or agency assumes all liability for content, including text, representation and illustrations.
The EHS reserves the right to refuse an ad at its sole discretion.
Where advertising space is limited, advertisements are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the event of failure to supply advertising copy by the advertising deadline, the EHS reserves the right to substitute a suitable advertisement previously submitted by the client or omit an advertisement at its discretion. If an advertisement is omitted for failure to supply an advertisement or substituted, the client remains responsible for payment.
Payment is due upon placing an advertising order or, if invoiced, within 30 days of the date of the invoice. All payments must be made either via the EHS web site or by cheque payable to the Edmonton Horticultural Society.
