Advertise in the Garden Tour Booklet
Each year the EHS seeks support for our garden tour through advertising. This allows us to put on a stellar event while providing our advertising clients with exposure to a highly motivated gardening audience.
Our full colour, 5.5″ by 8.5″ tour booklet serves as a ticket for tour attendees and must be presented at each garden for entry. The booklet includes the addresses and a description of each garden on the tour. Booklets are often kept as a souvenir by the ticket purchaser.
We typically print approximately 1,000 sealed booklets. Each booklet has 16 – 20 pages. The booklets are:
- Sold online through the EHS website
- Sold through one of our multiple garden centre vendors located throughout the greater Edmonton area
- Distributed free as a thank-you to our garden gatekeepers (volunteers who admit ticket holders to our tour stops) and to previous year tour hosts.

Ad spaces are sold on a first-come basis.
The purchase of an advertisement in our garden tour booklet entitles the purchaser to a complimentary 30-day ad on the EHS Garden Tour web page. Web ads will be posted for the month preceding the tour. If you wish to take advantage of this option, please submit your web ad at the same time as your print ad.

TIP: For maximum advertising value, please consider including a time-limited coupon in your booklet ad to encourage participants to visit your business. For example, “Bring this ad to our store July X to X and receive one free 4 inch plant with any purchase”.

- Resolution and dimensions should be followed exactly
- These are all full colour ads
- No crop marks please
- We offer graphic design services if required
