With the purchase of a gift membership, we will send a membership card either to the recipient with a note indicating the gift is from you, or to you to pass on if you prefer.

If you are buying a family membership, please provide two names. The first name will be considered the primary member. The two persons must live in the same household to be considered for a family membership.
