Volunteer for the Casino

This is a vital fundraising event. Casinos are generally held once every two years. Our next casino will occur in the first quarter of 2025.

The Program Lead’s duties include:

  • Managing and submitting the necessary applications, reports, etc.
  • Recruiting volunteers for help during the event (two days), maintaining a schedule, reminding volunteers, etc.
  • Attending the casino
  • Thanking volunteers

Other Volunteers Required:

  • Daytime: General Manager, Banker, two Cashiers, two Chip Runners each day
  • Evening: General Manager, Banker, two Cashiers, two Chip Runners each day
  • Late evening: Seven Count Room staff each evening. The first count starts around 10:45 pm. The second count occurs after the table games close at 3 am.

Exact shift times may vary by casino, but day shifts are approximately 10:30 am to 6 pm and night shifts (except for Count Room) are approximately 6 pm to 3 am.

All volunteers get a meal at the casino restaurant and a selection of snacks.
