SUMMARY:Conservation Weekend
DESCRIPTION:The Muttart Conservatory and the Orchid Species Preservation Foundation present\nEnvironmental Conservation\, A Local Perspective\nJoin us for our second annual Conservation Weekend. The following organizations will highlight their efforts in the greater Edmonton area: \nEdmonton Native Plant Society\nEdmonton and Area Land Trust\nCanadian Parks and Wilderness Society-Northern Alberta\nNature Alberta\nNorth Saskatchewan River Valley Alliance\nWagner Natural Area\nAlberta Native Plant Council\nOrchid Species Preservation Foundation\nCity of Edmonton \nThe Conservation Weekend will run from 10am to 4pm on November 16 and 17\, 2024 in the atrium of the Muttart Conservatory\, during the final weekend of the “Frogs and Friends” display. Regular Muttart admission will apply. There will be presentations from 1-3 pm in the adjoining classroom.
