Sarah Adams is a former communications and marketing professional who left it all behind to start a small scale cut flower farm in Vulcan, Alberta. Since launching her business, she has seen the demand for sustainable, local blooms grow exponentially throughout her region. In response, she is not only growing as many blooms as her small farm will bear, but she also created a business course for small scale growers looking to transform their gardens into marketable cut flower plots. The courses went so well, she decided to write a book titled DON’T PANIC: A Business Guide to Small Scale Cut Flower Farming: Year One, which was well received by growers and dreamers both local and abroad
