Garden Tour

Come Enjoy Beautiful Gardens…

…Every Summer

The EHS Annual Garden Tour is the most popular event of our year and the perfect way to spend a summer weekend in July.

  • Tour some of the Edmonton area’s best gardens
  • Chat with their gardeners
  • Learn what grows here
  • Get design and planting ideas
  • Soak up the beauty

Each year’s tour is self-guided. Your ticket will include the gardens, their addresses with driving directions, and a brief description of what makes each garden special. Start where you choose and proceed at your own pace. The tour goes rain or shine. We do not offer refunds.

The Gardens:  The gardens are chosen for quality and variety. Their gardeners are passionate and ready to welcome visitors. Each garden has a particular charm and special features. Many are award-winning gardens. Each year brings new gardens. Have a sneak peak at this year’s crop.                See 2014 gallery of tour gardens

Touring:  This event is not to be missed if you enjoy gardens and beautiful plants. Make a day or a weekend of it. Invite a friend or two to join you. Stop for lunch at a favourite restaurant along the route. Take time to really enjoy each garden. Please show your appreciation by following appropriate garden etiquette.

Dates & Tickets:  Get your tickets early! In many years we sell out! Don’t be disappointed. Dates & Ticket Sales Locations. Tickets also available online from mid-June until July 10 while supplies last.

Volunteering:  If you want to do more than just visit the gardens, consider volunteering as a gatekeeper. Gate keepers will receive a free ticket to tour all of the gardens.

Our thanks to those who make the tour a success.

Our warmest thanks and appreciation to the host gardeners who graciously open their private gardens to our ticket holders.

Each year our tour is made possible by local businesses who generously provide sponsorships, advertise in our ticket booklet, sell tickets and help to promote the tour. We salute you!
